It was on 27th July that the the Mid-Year Summary Assembly fell on Toppoers. The summary was launched around the done, the effect and the improvement to further Toppo’s accomplishment.
Since the management reform, both the sales and deliver capacity have grown so greatly that the former was up by 230% year on year and the order delivery rate reached at 95%. However, some shortcomings followed the success, for instance, the executive ability and the talent system were left behind by development of company. Therefore, Toppo will attach much more importance to team building as well as execution.
