IQC: test the raw material before production.
IPQC: test the semi-finished products, dimension, finished lights during the production.
Aging: 8 hours ON/OFF aging.
Packaging: check the outlook, voltage, lighting.
QA: sampling goods before shipping.
Except above standardize QC inspection steps, our new product manager Tobias Krumbholz who is responsible for the new product development also will assist our final QA . Tobias is a trained engineer from Germany with years of experience in the lighting business.
He is a very strict to the quality, will help checking every detail carefully before shipping, only products meet his strict standard can be pass. Otherwise, the production line must open every pcs to find the problem and solution for it. Only after rework, goods could leave our factory.
